The "Lock Out" at Carr Intermediate and Diamond Elementary School has been lifted.
The "lock out" at Carr Intermediate and Diamond Elementary has been lifted. The investigation is ongoing by SAPD as the incident occurred off campus. School Police Officers will remain in the area and available to students and staff.
