On November 28, 2012, at approximately 9:30 P.M., the Mountain View Police Department received a report of a Sexual Assault via intoxication. The assault occurred on the 500 block of Escuela Ave. The victim (a thirteen year old female from Mountain View) and suspects were consuming alcoholic beverages together when the assault occurred. Detectives worked throughout the night and subsequently arrested two seventeen year old males and a twenty-three year old male named Mario Pinto from Sunnyvale for sexual assault. The investigation is ongoing but at this time there are no other outstanding suspects.
