Any solicitor wishing to operate in the City of Woodway must obtain a permit and put up a cash bond before doing so. Locally recognized and approved charitable, educational, religious or philanthropic purpose groups using as means such as school fundraisers and scout fundraisers are exempt from obtaining a permit.

Below is a list of permitted solicitors for Woodway: Edward Jones, Grande Communications, Kirby of Waco, J&M Tree Service, Pinnacle Protection, Schwan's, Talbert's Construction, The Ice Cream Mom, and Window World.
