Full Notification

At approximately 3:15 pm on Thursday, Dec 6, 2012. Members of the Topsfield Police Department as a result of an ongoing investigation into the alleged illegal sale and distribution of drugs in the Topsfield area arrested four subjects in the parking lot
of 367 Boston St. Topsfield, Ma.

The four were identified as:
Jason Gachignard, age 28, Lynn, Ma.
Charged with the following:
Conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance law.
Possession of a class B Substance with Intent to Distribute.
Possession of a Counterfeit Substance with the Intent to Distribute.
Subject Gachignard was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Haverhill District Court.

Charles Spoto, age 22, Peabody, Ma.
Charged with the following:
Conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance law.

Jeremy Slager, age 31, Lynn, Ma.
Charged with the following:
Conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance law.
Subject Slager was also arrested on 2 outstanding warrants from the Malden District Court.

Patrycja Zysk, age 21, Topsfield, Ma.
Charged with the following:
Conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance law.
(2) Counts of Illegal Possession of a Class B Substance.

All subjects were either arraigned or bailed for a future court date in the Ipswich District Court at Newburyport, Ma.

The case remains under investigation.
