On 12/1112 at approximately 1951 hours, Western District Officers responded to the parking lot of Big Lots, 2659 Annapolis Road in Hanover in reference to a subject armed with a handgun. The victim advised that a black male suspect approached him from a wooded area near the parking lot and pointed a silver semi-auto handgun at him as he was placing his purchases in the trunk of his vehicle. The victim ran from the scene and the suspect fled towards an unknown direction. A search of the area produced negative results in locating the suspect.
Suspect: B/M, 5;8", wearing a black jacket with a gray hooded jacket underneath, black pants.
