On Monday, December 10, 2012 at 11:40 PM, the suspect pictured, entered Denny’s Restaurant at 5142 Triggs Street, Commerce, went to the front counter, and placed an order. When the register was opened the suspect pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the cashier and reached over the counter to take the money from the register.
A similar incident occurred at a Denny’s Restaurant in the city of Orange earlier the same evening.
The suspect is described as a Male Hispanic, 30-35 years old, 5’05”, 160 lbs.
