* MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOWFALL WILL DEVELOP BY THUR MORNING.
& CONTINUE INTO THUR NIGHT. SNOWFALL TOTALS MAY EXCEED 6
INCHES. BLOWING & DRIFTING SNOW IS ALSO EXPECTED AS WINDS
INCREASE FROM THE NE & NO. BY THUR AFTERNOON.
THIS SNOWFALL WILL MIX WITH RAIN AT TIMES. RESULTING IN SOME
UNCERTAINTY REGARDING SNOWFALL TOTAL EXPECTATIONS.
