Public Works Dept. advised that the Snow Ordinance is in effect for the City of Marshalltown as of 2am on December 20. 
Chief Tupper reminded residents on Dec. 19 to be aware of and familiar with the City of Marshalltown Snow Ordinance.
The Public Works Facility advised the Police Department that as of 2am on Dec. 20, the Snow Ordinance is in effect for the City of Marshalltown. Vehicles parked on the Snow Routes will be ticketed and towed in accordance with the ordinance.
