Spindale Police seeking information on suspect involved in a attempted armed robbery at Deb's Mini Mart on Oakland Rd. Incident occured on Christmas Eve night when the suspect entered the store with his face covered and carrying what appeared to be a handgun. Suspect demanded money from the clerk while pointing weapon. Suspect then left the store without getting money and left running behind the store. Witnesses advised that the subject appeared to get into a vehicle near Poors Ford Road and left the scene.

Witnesses advised that the suspect appeared to be a white male in his twenties. Suspect was 6 feet tall 180lbs slender build. Suspect was wearing a black hoodie, navy pants and a red scarf over his face.
