Reminder that with the first major snowfall in a while, and for safety and liability reasons it is the responsibility of the landowner or occupant of any dwelling, house, store, shop or other building or vacant lot to keep their sidewalks free from ice, snow or debris of any kind. See Village Ordinance Sections 223-22 and 223-24 for more information.
