An arrest has been made following a Break & Entering that occured at a home on Lee Court in Lake Lure on December 21, 2012.
After an investigation, Lake Lure Police Department's Sergeant Chris Shuford arrested Mr. Robert Clark Deckert, age 27, the son of one of the victims. Mr. Deckert was arrested and charged with:
4 Felony Counts of Breaking and/or Entering
4 Felony Counts of Larceny
1 Felony Count of Safecracking
1 Misdemeanor Count of Injury to Personal Property
Mr. Deckert was taken to the Rutherford County Detention Center and remains in custody on a $128,000 Bond.
