On Tuesday 01-08-2013 the Nash County Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at the address 2396 Taylor Store Rd Nashville, NC. Upon entry of the residence WILLIAM ROBERSON, WILLIAM ROBERSON JR and SANDRA ROBERSON were detained in the living room area of the home. During the search of the residence several items were located and collected from inside the home in several different rooms. Such items included digital scales, baggies, smoking pipes, and different smoking devices. Also collected from the residence were five shotguns, one 22 caliber rifle, one SKS rifle and one 9mm semi-automatic handgun. 37.4 grams of Marijuana and 1 gram of Cocaine was located and collected from the home.

WILLIAM ROBERSON was charged with Felony possession of Cocaine, Simple possession of Marijuana and Possession of drug paraphernalia. ROBERSON was given a $10,000 secured bond.

WILLIAM ROBERSON JR was charged with Possession with intent to sell/deliver Marijuana, Possession with intent to Manufacture Marijuana, and Possession of drug paraphernalia. ROBERSON was given a $25,000 secured bond.

SANDRA ROBERSON was charged with simple possession of marijuana and given a $500.00 secured bond.
