HAZARDOUS WEATHER.
* PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN WILL LEAD TO ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF LESS THAN A QUARTER OF AN INCH TONIGHT INTO FRI MORNING.
* THE GREATEST POTENTIAL FOR FREEZING RAIN WILL OCCUR OVERNIGHT TO JUST AFTER DAYBREAK FRIDAY.
* SECONDARY ROADS WHICH ARE STILL SNOW & ICE COVERED WILL BE ESPECIALLY HAZARDOUS AS A NEW COATING OF ICE DEVELOPS FROM THE FREEZING RAIN.

* BOTH PRIMARY & SECONDARY ROADWAYS.ALONG WITH SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PAVED AREAS.WILL BECOME SLICK & HAZARDOUS TONIGHT INTO FRI MORNING.
