ALTHOUGH HOURLY RAINFALL RATES MAY NOT BE ESPECIALLY HEAVY...THE
LONG DURATION OF RAIN AS THE COLD FRONT STALLS...COULD LEAD TO
LOCALIZED FLOODING OF FLOOD PRONE AREAS...AND CAUSE A FEW RIVERS
AND STREAMS TO REACH OR EXCEED FLOOD STAGE.
