1/8 daytime, Residential Distraction Burglary, Occurred in “The Coast”. Suspect asked to enter under false pretenses, offered to take a look at the roof and suspect stated he had been repairing homes in the neighborhood. Property loss. *Nixel users did receive this information on 1/9/13.
