**Bkg Photo** Man Arrested After Annoying and Harassing a Child in the Park
On January 26, 2013, a deputy from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department - Parks Bureau received information concerning a male adult annoying and harassing a female child by the restroom at “Ruben F. Salazar Park.” The individual was subsequently detained and identified as Luis Papilla Ayala, a male, 71 years old, and a resident of Los Angeles.
Further investigation revealed Mr. Ayala was annoying and harassing the female child in an attempt to lure her into the restroom.
Suspect Ayala was arrested and booked at the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Station where he is currently held in lieu of a $20,000 bail.
