Winter Storm preparation /Reporting Storm Power Outages to Con Edison 
The Town of North Castle has been anticipating and planning for the winter storm/blizzard that is predicted. All of the various Town Departments have their operational plans in place for activation in the next 24 to 96 hours.
If you lose your power please remember that you must call Con Edison to report the outage in order to be placed on a restoration list. The Town cannot do that for you. You can either call 1-800-75-ConEd or access
www.conEd.com.
Using the Con Ed website should be easier and faster. It takes you into a window where you can report your problem using an account number or telephone number. You can also use www.conEd.com to periodically check on the status of your problem.
