Due to the pending storm all vehicles parked on city streets and rights of way will be towed starting at midnight. 
To save the frustration and cost of having your vehicle towed please park in a private authorized area during the hours of the winter parking ban (midnight to 6:00 AM). All vehicles on city streets and city rights of way WILL be ticketed and towed after midnight tonight. Ticketing and towing is also possible at any time during these hours from December 1st to April 1st. For your safety and the safety of others please adjust driving habits in accordance with weather and roadway conditions.
