NCSO requesting information in reference to Homicide that occurred near Middlesex/Bailey area. 
On 02-07-13 Nash County Deputies responded to Old Middlesex Rd. Middlesex in reference a drive by shooting into a dwelling. On arrival Deputies found that one subject had been shot. There were two other subjects inside the residence at the time of the shooting that were not injured. Attempts were made to revive the victim but were unsuccessful and the victim was pronounced deceased on the scene. At this time the case is under investigation and we have no suspects.
