CDS SEARCH WARRANT/ARRESTS
CROFTON
On February 7, 2013, at approximately 8:40 p.m., members of the Western District’s Tactical Narcotics Team and Tactical Patrol Unit executed a search and seizure warrant targeting drug violations at 1506 Verdis Court in Crofton, Maryland.
Upon searching the residence, detectives seized approximately 115.2 grams of suspected marijuana with an estimated street value of $2,304. Three suspects were arrested and charged accordingly.
Suspect #1: Nicholas Chuckas, 23, of 1506 Verdis Court Crofton, Md
Charges: Possession of CDS (Marijuana), Possession of CDS W/Intent to Distribute (Marijuana)
Suspect #2: Rebecka Ann Elisa Rooney, 21, of 8236 Chalet Court, Millersville, Md
Charges: Possession of CDS (Marijuana), Possession of CDS W/Intent to Distribute (Marijuana)
Suspect #3: Joseph Birch, 23, of 1120 Charing Cross Drive, Crofton, Md
Charges: Possession of CDS (Marijuana) less then 10 grams – released from Western on a Citation.
