Four suspects charged in drive-by shooting homicide in Middlesex 
On 02-11-13 the Nash County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the North Carolina Probation and Parole made four arrests in connection to the homicide and drive-by shooting that occurred on 02-07-13 at 9014 Old Middlesex Rd. Middlesex. The below listed subjects were arrested and all are in Nash County Jail under no bond with first appearances set for 02-12-13. The motive for this is believed to be a dispute between Charles Hinnant and the victims son Burnice Hinnant.
