Details: On February 12, 2013 at 10:38 a.m. the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department responded to an apartment complex located off of Underhill Road for a reported burglary in progress. The caller reported that several males were attempting to force entry to a door and window on a ground floor apartment.

Responding officers located five (5) male suspects in the apartment complex parking lot. A subsequent investigation disclosed that they were in fact responsible for the attempted burglary of the apartment.

Each of the five defendants have been charged with Attempted Burglary, 2nd degree, Class D/Felony.

All five defendants were charged with Attempted Burglary, 2nd degree, a class D felony.


Arraignment Information

All five (5) defendants were arraigned on February 12, 2013 before Town of Poughkeepsie Justice Paul Sullivan. All defendants were remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond and directed to appear in Town Justice Court on February 20, 2013.
