THEFT ARREST GLEN BURNIE
During the course of an ongoing investigation into the theft of multiple bronze gravesite vases and markers that occurred during the summer of 2012, Northern District Detectives were able to develop information that led to the recovery of some of those markers at a residence in Glen Burnie.
The recovered markers were stolen from gravesites in the Glen Haven Memorial Park located in the 7200 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. A suspect was identified and subsequently charged with felony theft. Detectives continue to work to locate family members of the deceased, some of whom were World War II veterans.
