On February 21, 2013, at approximately 8:58 p.m., officers from Northern District responded to the 100 block of Warwickshire Lane in Glen Burnie for a report of an attempted strong armed robbery.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the 41-year-old female victim from Glen Burnie, who advised she was walking in the area when two male suspects approached her from behind. The suspects physically grabbed the victim’s purse and attempted to forcibly take it from her possession. The victim held onto the purse during the struggle and began screaming, which caused a witness to observe what was taking place outside the apartment building.

A description of the suspects was obtained and a lookout was broadcast to responding units in the area. Several Northern District patrol units with assistance from K-9 searched for the suspects, but were unable to locate them. The victim was not injured during the incident.
