THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN QUAD CITIES HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS
EVENING TO 6 PM CST TUESDAY. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN
CANCELLED. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER THE AREA THIS EVENING AND
CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON. SNOW MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES
LATE TONIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 7 TO 10 INCHES.
* WINDS...EAST 10 TO 20 MPH THIS EVENING. LIGHT WINDS OVERNIGHT...
BECOMING NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON.
* VISIBILITIES...REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 20S.
* IMPACTS...SNOW AND THEN DRIFTING SNOW WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS
TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADWAYS AND POOR
VISIBILITY.
