St. Louis County will conduct a “Tornado Warning Exercise” on Tuesday, March 5th 2013 around 1:30pm. (If there is any inclement weather anywhere in Missouri, they will postpone the test to another date.) The purpose of the special testing of the sirens is to bring awareness to what individuals should do to prepare for the upcoming storm season. Normally, sirens are tested on the 1st Monday of each month.
