Special Traffic Enforcement Project 
The Clarinda Police Department will be conducting a special traffic enforcement project March 14-17th. All motor vehicle laws will be strictly enforced with special emphasis on occupant restraint violations and driving while impaired violations. Extra officers will be on duty looking for violations.
