The Lubbock Police Department is seeking any new information in the 2004 murder of the Cooper family.

On October 25, 2004, Tammie Cooper and her three young children were found murdered in their home at 512 N MLK. The victims had been stabbed and beaten. It is believed Tammie Cooper knew the suspect and that he was at her apartment the evening of October 24th. The possible suspect is believed to be a black male with a very deep voice who possibly goes by the name of “Butch”.
This case remains under active investigation but no suspect has been identified. Detectives are actively looking for any new leads.
The LPD would like to remind the public of this unsolved crime and is asking for any information which could lead to the resolution of the case.

There is a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest or indictment in this case.
