CDS ARREST BROOKLYN PARK
On March 26, 2013, at approximately 2:00 p.m., detectives from the Northern District Tactical Patrol Unit were conducting an undercover operation in Brooklyn Park due to complaints of drug activity.
While in the area of 11th Avenue and Victory Avenue, undercover detectives were approached by a male subject. Detectives were able to conduct a hand to hand purchase of suspected crack cocaine from the suspect. As a result, detectives immediately arrested the individual, who was also found to have open warrants from Baltimore County.
Suspect: Darryl Wendell Howard, 48, of 514 Crain Highway, Glen Burnie, Md. The suspect was charged with Distribution of CDS: Crack Cocaine (2 counts)
