A white dump truck with Pennsylvania Paving written on the side, possibly occupied by a Hispanic family, has been in the Lake Lure area using fraudulent tactics to earn money from our citizens. Their motive of operation (MO) is to go house to house and tell the owner that they have asphalt left over from the previous job and then ask the owner if he would like for them to do work on their driveway. The owner soon finds the work is poor quality and they are over charged, or they do more work than the owner agrees on.
