SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
After a month long investigation into the sales of prescription pills in Swanton Village, the Swanton Police Department arrested and charged three individuals. Harold St Francis JR, age 27, and Melissa Wells, age 34, were both charged with three counts of Distribution of Controlled Substances. Bruce Rich, age 47, was charged with one count of Distribution of Controlled Substances. All individuals were cited to appear at the Franklin District Court on April 22, 2013 to answer the charges.
