Martin Luther King will be closed from Main Street by Davids to Mesquite Street, and Commerce Street will be closed from Main St by the Post Office to First Street begining tomorrow at 8am until 6pm Sunday night due to the Motorcycle Rally. The motorcycle rally begins tomorrow and will last thru Sunday, vendors, live bands, and food stands will be set up throughout the downtown area. Current estimates are between 2,000 to 5,000 motocycles will be in attendance. There will be a parade starting at the School at 9am Saturday with a "Bike Run" to Grandview and back afterwards. Expect heavy traffic over the next 3 days and allow yourself extra time to get where your going. Be extra vigilant for motorcycles while driving.
