On April 1, 2012, at approximately 1:10 a.m., the Anne Arundel County Police were called to the area of Gibbons Avenue and Bolivar Avenue in Pumphrey for a report of a male lying in the roadway. The male victim was identified as Bryant Donell Bagley (46 years old). Investigation revealed the victim had suffered trauma to the body and pronounced dead at the scene.
