PHOTO OPP. Dets investigating murder of sec. guard Oscar Vasquez handing out flyers at scene around 3 PM #LAPD 
Detectives are still working the murder of security guard Oscar Vasquez from the shooting on April 11 at 15025 Roscoe Boulevard in Panorama City.
At 3 PM today, detectives will be circulating community flyers with Mr. Vasquez's picture on it, hoping to find sympathetics bystanders who might have information on the man's death.
A picture of Oscar Vasquez is attached here. A neighborhood memorial to the security guard arose the morning after the shooting, after his wife left flowers in the breezeway where his body had lain.
