Scam Active (City of Ripon and Surrounding area) 
Caller advises victim he has been selected as one of 1,600 people eligible to receive $8,400.00 Federal Grant. Caller asks victim for Debit Card number and instructs victim to Western Union Transfer $207 and then the victim will receive a call from the Federal Reserve with further instructions. Once $207 is received (out of the country) the victim receives another call from another party, telling the victim that more money most be sent to collect a $8,800 Federal Grant.
