4 People Found Guilty of 2011 2nd Degree Murder of Victim Jose Ramos Jr. in of Pico Rivera #LASD #LADA 
On Wednesday, April 17, 2013, Defendant Roxanne Calleros, Colt Sanchez, Gabriel Gonzalez and Thomas Resendez, were found guilty in the second degree for the murder of Jose Ramos Jr., in the city of Pico Rivera. All of the defendants reside in the city of Pico Rivera.
The verdict was read at the Norwalk Superior Court, Department G, with the honorable John A. Torribio presiding. All four defendants were convicted of 2nd degree murder, along with the Gang Allegation, 186.22 P.C. All defendants will receive a sentence of no less than 15 years to life.
On January 23, 2011, Victim Ramos was at his girlfriend’s house attending her birthday party, when approximately 15 male Hispanic gang members attempted to crash the party.
When they were denied entrance, a fight broke out and Colt Sanchez stabbed Victim Ramos. After the stabbing, the suspects fled the location. Victim Ramos was transported to the Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center where he died as a result of his injuries.
