Joaquin Rodriguez, whose image was captured on store video and by a witness when he video'd under a woman's skirt, pled guilty to the peeping tom charge and was sentenced to 180 days in county jail.

Interestingly, jail records show that he is due to be released from jail on that sentence on June 22, 2013.  However, the federal immigration hold is still pending, and it's expected he will be deported when he is released from jail.
