ROBBERY ARREST BROOKLYN PARK
On April 30, 2013, at approximately 8:43 p.m., officers from Northern District responded to the area of Morgan Road and Alley 88 in Brooklyn Park for a report of an assault in progress.
Officers arrived in the area within minutes and found an individual detaining a female suspect on the ground. The male subject indicated that he saw his 40-year-old wife on the ground after being approached and punched by two female suspects. The male chased them both off and was ultimately able to detain the suspect, who stole his wife’s purse, until officers arrived. That suspect was arrested and charged accordingly. The other suspect fled north on Morgan Road on foot. Numerous officers and a K-9 unit responded to check the area, but were unable to locate the second suspect. The investigation into the identity of the second suspect is ongoing.

Suspect #2: White female, approximately 5’4”-5’6” with a thin build, wearing a dark sweatshirt and blue jeans
