The completion of the 4-way stop intersection will go into effect at 4th & 11th on May 6, 2013. Police will focus on this intersection for the next several months to monitor compliance as well as any safety issues. All change takes time to adjust to. I encourage drivers to be patient and the ultimate success of a 4-way stop involves most of all, courtesy. It is believed that these changes will decrease the time spent crossing or turning left at the intersection. Drive Safely.
