* LOCATION... EXTREME EASTERN KANSAS AND WESTERN MISSOURI... NORTH NORTHEASTWARD INTO NORTHERN MISSOURI.
* TIMING... LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MID DAY FRIDAY
* SNOW... SLUSHY ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE TO THREE INCHES ARE EXPECTED. SLIGHTLY LOWER AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED ON ROADWAYS.
* IMPACTS... NORTH WINDS WILL LIKELY BE SUSTAINED AROUND 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 30 MPH. THIS MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO AROUND A MILE AT TIMES TONIGHT.
* OTHER IMPACTS... DESPITE A LATE ONSET TO SPRING... MANY TREES ARE BEGINNING TO DEVELOP OR HAVE DEVELOPED LEAVES AND WHEN COMBINED WITH A HEAVY WET SNOW... SOME SNAPPING OF BRANCHES IS POSSIBLE.
