NARRATIVE:

Investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Homicide Bureau responded to the 600 block of North Colonia De Los Cedros, East Los Angeles, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man and the wounding of another male adult.

One victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim was transported to a local hospital where his condition is unknown.
