DO YOU RECOGNIZE THESE FRAUD SUSPECTS?
On 4/16/2013 at approximately 1100a.m., the victim was approached by a male suspect outside of Chase Bank, 749 W. El Camino Real in Mountain View. The male suspect spoke in Spanish. He told the victim he had won the lottery and needed help collecting the winnings because he had entered the United States illegally. A female suspect approached the male suspect and the victim. She also spoke in Spanish. Both suspects convinced the victim to drive home and provide money and jewelry as a “good faith” gesture in return for a share of the lottery winnings.
