On March 16, 2013, Thurmont Police Officers executed a Search & Seizure Warrant at a residence on Dogwood Avenue in Thurmont. During this warrant service, all occupants of the household were detained and identified. A search of the residence yielded numerous items of CDS paraphernalia and a quantity of suspected marijuana. All evidentiary items were collected and sent for lab analysis. After receiving laboratory results, the following household members were charged via a Criminal Summons: Kimberlee Ann Reed, age 41; Roger Lee Reed Sr., age 50; and Ira Lee Reed, age 18. All subjects were charged with: Possession of Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. The charges were served on these subjects on May 8 and 9, 2013.
