The subject has previously been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and according to his wife he seemed disoriented. The subject left the area in a gold over silver colored 2011 Nissan Sentra, Illinois registration N521144. The subject has his 4-year old granddaughter, Lily Kay,in the vehicle with him.
The subject is from the 11100 block of Kean Ave, Palos Hills, IL. He also has previous addresses 10500 block of S Campbell, Chicago, IL and 7600 block of S Campbell.
