The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Brian Wayne Hale has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.
Brian Hale was convicted of Lewd or Indecent Proposals/Acts to a Child on June 25, 2009. His victim was a child under 13 years of age. Brian Hale is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department
