On May 22, 2013, at approximately 8:14 pm members of the Western District’s Tactical Narcotics Team and Tactical Patrol Unit executed a search and seizure warrant at 1415 Larch Rd, Severn, MD, 21144 in reference to ongoing drug complaints. Upon searching the residence, detectives found a digital scale and baggies in the bedroom of the suspect. Also located on the floor was a large zip lock bag containing suspected marihuana. The total weight of the marihuana was 148.4 grams which has an approximate street value of $2,968. The suspect has $113 US Currency in his pockets which was taken as FAST Cash. Three suspects were arrested and charged accordingly.

Charges: Possession of CDS (Marihuana), Possession of CDS W/Intent To Distribute (Marihuana), Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, Distribution of Marihuana.
Suspect: Fulvia Labastid B/F 26 years old 1415 Larch Rd, Severn, MD
Charges: Possession of Marihuana less then 10 grams
Suspect: Lisa Manor W/F 38 years old 407 Beach Dr, Annapolis, MD
Charges: Possession of Marihuana less then 10 grams
