Several Arrests made after Raid on Plymouth Home

Plymouth – A month long investigation by the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Unit resulted in seven felony arrests shortly before 7:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. Members of the Indiana State Police Emergency Response Section, the Meth Suppression Unit, the Plymouth Police Department and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department raided a home in Plymouth acting on a search warrant that had been obtained earlier in the week.

The residence, 713 Oakhill Avenue, is located just north of Menominee Elementary School in Plymouth. Officers located several items known as methamphetamine precursors in the home along with the remnants of meth labs and other drug paraphernalia.

Seven subjects, including four juveniles, were at the home when the warrant was served. All seven adults were arrested on several felony drug charges. They include Jason P. Kennedy, 36, Lisa A. Mitchell, 41, Jamie Sullivan, 42, and Tonia E. Flowers, 37, of Mishawaka. Kennedy, Mitchell and Sullivan reside at the Oakhill address. In addition to the meth related charges three suspects in the case will also face neglect of a dependant charges. Joseph Garrison, 33, Maggie J. Garrison, 29, and Amanda R. Miller, 25. They also live at the Oakhill house.

The children were initially placed with the Department of Child Services and later released to family members. All subjects were taken to the Marshall County Jail.

*All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
