The 2013 Town of Newburgh Memorial Day Parade will be held on Sunday, May 26, 2013 starting at 1:00 pm. The parade will start at the American Legion Hall on Union Ave and continue on to Route 300 - Route 52 - Powder Mill Rd and end at Cronomer Park. Portions of Union Ave (Third St to Rt 300), Route 300 (Gardnertown Rd to Route 52), Route 52 (Route 300 to Powder Mill Rd) and most of Powder Mill Rd will be closed for several hours. Residents and commuters are advised to use alternate routes to avoid traffic.
