RIVER FORECASTS INCLUDE PAST PRECIPITATION AND FORECAST RAINFALL FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS. THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAIN RETURNS TO THE AREA TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY. ADDITIONAL RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAIN WOULD RESULT IN ADJUSTMENTS TO THE RIVER FORECASTS...AND COULD LEAD TO HIGHER CRESTS AND PROLONGED MAJOR TO NEAR RECORD FLOODING.
