On May 24, 2013 at approximately 2100 hrs., a Thurmont Police Officer conducted a Field Inquiry on a subject in the parking lot of CVS on N. Church St. in Thurmont. During this inquiry a search was conducted of the subject, which led to the discovery of a controlled dangerous substance. The officer recovered multiple packs of suspected heroin from the subject. The subject was identified as: Andrew R. Wolfe, age 22, of Waynesboro, Pa. Mr. Wolfe was arrested and charged with: Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance, Schedule II, to wit: Heroin, 2 (cts) Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance, Schedule II, to wit: Heroin with intent to Distribute. At his initial hearing with a District Court Commissioner, Mr. Wolfe was released on Personal Recognizance.
